If you’re passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences, enjoy leading teams, and love seeing projects come to life — we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and manage small to mid-size website maintenance, support, and enhancement projects from initiation to completion.
- Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively, balancing developer capacity across multiple projects and priorities.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor progress and milestones, resolving roadblocks and adapting plans as needed to maintain momentum.
- Oversee invoicing and budget tracking, ensuring accurate reporting, clear documentation, and alignment with contract scopes.
- Gather feedback and continuously improve processes, communication, and project outcomes.
- Maintain organized project documentation including timelines, budgets, risk logs, and client communications.
Who You Are

- A clear, confident communicator who can manage expectations and keep everyone aligned.
- Highly organized and comfortable juggling multiple projects, timelines, and client priorities.
- Proactive and curious, always asking the right questions and looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
- Tech-savvy, with a solid understanding of website platforms, CMS tools (Drupal, WordPress), and project management systems like Trello, Harvest, or Asana.
- Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, creative, and sometimes cheeky team environment.
